Here’s What We Do to Ensure the Safety of The Customers!

We, at BookTheSurprise (Acuwin Solutions Private Limited), are fully aware of our responsibilities to take all the necessary precautions at our workplace for preventing the spread of any virus – under the present circumstances – the CoronaVirus. We are following the WHO Workplace Guidelines in this regard viz;

1. Making hand sanitizers available throughout the workplace
2. Reminding the employees to wash their hands thoroughly
3. Displaying posters promoting cough etiquette
4. Sanitizing the workplace once a week apart from daily cleaning with disinfectants

Furthermore, we ensure that no employee having even mildest symptoms of cough, cold or fever attends office. We promote work from home for such employees.

Our Customer-facing teams follow a strict hygienic delivery process –

1. The team carries hand sanitizers and will enter your premises only after a proper hand sanitization.
2. To further minimize the risks, they wear facial masks or face covers before they enter your premises.
3. There will be no physical contacts done by the team for the time being.

Additional Measures in Response to Currently Occurring Sporadic Importations of the COVID-19:

Employees who are well but who have a sick family member at home with any mild symptoms of cough or cold have been advised to notify their supervisor and work from home till the family member is clinically reformed.
